Debbie is originally from Canton, Ohio, while Darrell was born in Lexington, Kentucky. They have been married for 27 years and have two daughters an 18-year old daughter that will be heading to college in the Daytona area and an older daughter with two children in the Vero Beach Area. Debbie and Darrell are grandparents that enjoy doting on their two beautiful grandchildren.  Also of interest is that their older daughter is a real estate agent.   

In addition to their passion for real estate sales, they are avid salt-water aquarium enthusiasts who thoroughly enjoy snorkeling and fresh water fishing excursions. They are also dedicated to offering their spare time to the local Chamber of Commerce and are heavily involved in the Baptist Church.   

Positioned as one of the top real estate generating agents in our area while representing clients for over 23 years, Debbie is regarded as a real estate authority implicitly dedicated to meeting client's needs. From 1996 through 2007, closing over seventy-one million dollars in real estate volume.   

The real estate business has evolved over the years, and now, as in any other business, is technology based.  As more people are comfortable with the new technology they search the internet for homes.  The Fields Team, which consist of Darrell & Debbie and their assistant of three years, Theresa Wass, use the internet to do much of their advertising. 

All of their listings are on three websites, www.debbiefields.com, www.realtor.com and www.kellerwilliams.com.  In addition, for those people that don’t have access to the websites, we advertise in the local newspaper and real estate magazines.  

The team from the initial contact from a potential seller or buyer gathers all the necessary information for our clients to assist them in making informed decisions.  We do free-market evaluations of homes so our clients can be competitive in the real estate market. We make suggestions to the seller on little things they can do to aide in the sale of their home, we present our marketing plan, and follow the marketing plan until their home is sold. 

As we want to find the perfect home for our buyers, there are many questions to be asked, for instance, what area would you like to live in,  size of the home, schools, medical facilities, access to neighborhood services,  We will show as many homes as necessary until our client finds the home that will meet their specific needs.   

We pride ourselves in always being available to our clients, seven days a week twenty-four hours a day.  We provide regular updates to our clients as to what is happening in the real estate market, changes in rules and regulations, people that have showed interest in their home or any other information that is beneficial.
